Even though the knockout round of the Champions League begins this evening (and if you read this blog, you know damn well who I am cheering for and against), I would be remiss if I did not post something after Hamburg monumental defeat of valiant Leverkusen in Dusseldorf on Sunday.

Been a while since I last checked in and there has been a lot going on. Following the huge victory over Bayern on Matchday 18, HSV travelled to relegation strugglers Karlsruhe. And that’s where the misery starts.
