The “Mountain” is a nickname given to a certain transfer target, who finally inked a five year deal after protracted negotiations over the fee to his former club. I, for one, am pretty keen on seeing this cat in the HSV strip this fall.

This afternoon’s edition of the Abendblatt confirms an ACL tear. His surgery is scheduled for later this week as the swelling subsides. His prognosis is to be out for 6 to 12 months, and realistically, it will be something toward the latter end of that range.
