Fair enough we've got rid of three of the biggest in vDv, Kompany and Zidan but in that time we've got Pitroipa, Petric and now, hopefully, Monzon. All of the latter three are young, hungry, talented players who want to play for Hamburg. The latter perhaps cannot be said for Rafa and Vince. Also, we've made profit on all the above signings. Have faith in Martin and things will come good. If the board give him a lot of power regarding transfers then he won't make too many mistakes. The problems at Spurs were when players were purchased for him against his wishes. Jan is right that Monzon is not an orthodox centre back.
